Barcorp^® Preci-Bend^® Hydraulic Angle Bending Rolls are available in a wide variety of models to suit both job shop and production bending applications.  All models are suitable for bending and coiling and can be operated in both horizontal and vertical positions.

The standard set of bending tools supplied with each machine are made of sub-rolls that can be assembled to bend flat, square and round bar as well as angle, tee and u-channel in leg-in and leg-out positions, and I-beam on edge without the need for special tools.  Adjustable spacers are provided.  The tools are hardened and have a smooth surface to form material without damage.

The rolls are mounted on shafts that are made of special steel which is hardened and ground to provide for wear resistance.  The shafts are driven through a gear reduction system either by electric motor or hydraulic pump, according to the model.  The power transmission is provided with torque limiter to prevent overload.
